Do you have beginner classes?

All of our classes are beginner friendly. Your instructor will onboard you to the machine and provide you with personalized modifications and hands on support throughout class. We see tons of new clients each week who have never taken a class like this before, so you're in good company.

What do I need to bring to class?

Bring your grip socks, a water bottle, and a towel! Don't have any of those? We have all available for purchase in the studio too.
