About the studio

Coming August 2026! Brookhaven’s premier hybrid Pilates studio. Located at the corner of Peachtree & Osborne, just north of the light on Osborne. Free parking is available in the spaces in front of, beside, and behind the building – no validation needed.

CLASS BOOKING & WAITLISTS

Our schedule is available to book 30 days out for members and 14 days out for all other clients. We often see popular class times waitlist, so be sure to book your preferred classes early! If you’re on the waitlist and a spot opens up for you prior to the 12 hour cancellation window, you’ll be automatically added to the class and will receive an automated email. If a spot opens up within that 12 hour window and our studio is open, a member of our team will directly text you to offer you the spot. Didn’t get a spot through either of those? You’re welcome to try dropping in! There’s a good chance a spot will open up same day if someone no shows.

NEW TO BODYROK

Coming in for your first class? We’re so excited to have you! Be sure to arrive 15 minutes prior to class so that our team has time to onboard you to the studio, the workout, and the reformer. During your onboarding, be sure to let your instructor know of any injuries, pregnancies, or other body limitations so that they can make the proper modifications to the workout for you. For your safety, new clients who arrive after the instructor has shut the door will not be permitted entry to class.

GRIP SOCKS

We require grip socks to take class. If you don’t have a pair of your own you are welcome to purchase some in the studio – we have plenty of great options.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Apart from your water bottle, please leave all of your belongings in a locker or in the studio cubbies during class. We use every part of our reformer so, for your safety, it is important that we keep the floor space clear. If you need to have your phone during class, please let the front desk or instructor know so they can ensure we’re still able to maintain a distraction free class environment.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Want to get some footage in class? We love it & please tag us! If you wish to film yourself during class, please let the front desk know as you’re checking in and ensure your neighbors are not in the shot or that you have gotten their consent to film. The use of tripods in the studio is prohibited.

LATE ARRIVALS

Taken a class at our studio before? Be sure to arrive by the time class starts. Entry over 5 minutes after class start time will not be permitted for anybody – you will be counted as a no show and your spot may be given away to clients dropping-in.

LATE CANCELS & NO SHOWS

Had a change of plans? Our cancellation policy requires you to cancel or switch your class at least 12 hours in advance of the class start time to avoid any late cancel or no show penalties.

Clients who cancel within this 12 hour window will either lose the class or be subject to a $15 charge (if on an unlimited package/membership).

Clients who do not show up for a class that they’re scheduled for will either lose the class or be subject to a $20 charge (if on an unlimited package/membership).

Clients who schedule themselves for a class they haven’t paid for and late cancel or no show that class will be subject to a $20 charge, regardless of which membership they’re on.

Members who are using a guest pass will be subject to the above policies for their guests.

UNLIMITED PRICING OPTIONS

Unlimited pricing options (intros, memberships) are eligible for booking a maximum of 1 class per day. Additional classes can be booked using a member overage credit or single class credit.

Do you have beginner classes?

All of our classes are beginner friendly. Your instructor will onboard you to the machine and provide you with personalized modifications and hands on support throughout class. We see tons of new clients each week who have never taken a class like this before, so you're in good company.

What do I need to bring to class?

Bring your grip socks, a water bottle, and a towel! Don't have any of those? We have all available for purchase in the studio too.

Do you offer private classes?
